(Modified from "Copy That," Food Network Magazine, June/July 2009)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
6 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1-2 Tbsp. water
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
